Most of my earliest memories involve music – playing music, listening to music, singing music.
So it make sense that after a few years, I would ask “Why do we like the music we like?”

There are some patterns that are easy to notice.
We really like repetition – but not too much of it. We really like the pentatonic scale. We really like 2-to-4-chord progressions. We like having a Verse-Chorus-Verse-Chorus-Bridge-Chorus structure.
